Swap expenditure

Swap expenditure is the module for exchange the room service charges between rooms. That means if a case of group or individual check-in the amount accumulated in guest ledger can be transferred to another guest/ room.

The process involved between 2 rooms at a time, we can transfer the guest ledger of selected service with amount into another room by selecting the service name and click on Add button.

Select the services list and choose the room number that you have to exchanged, and you can exchange full amount or partly. Press add button and close the screen.
