If not necessary you can delete the information by Remove selected guest information.

You have an option for add new.

Search for the guest information for the emergency.

You can report the information of guest for the management.

You can take print relating to guest details.

If any guest as misbehaved with staff or misconduct with any property of the hotel, you can make black list of such guest for the future reference.
