Stock Report (F11)

Transaction report→ Stock Report (F11)

This field is used for the Stock Report.

Stock report is show the how much stock or Qty of material are remain and use.

First you will tick and select the Stock From (Store, Kitchen), Item Category, Item Name and Date then press Generate it will show the stock report.

Here show the Item description, Category, Batch, Op.Qty, Unit, Op. Value, Purchase, sales Qty and Value, Closing Qty and value etc.,

You want to close window then press to Close.

Then it will be export to the Excel book. Press the Export To Excel then show the window “Report Export” then press Ok.

This report is show the excel sheet.
