You want to send MAIL or SMS you will use this formate.
First enter the SMTP Server Address, SMTP PORT, Sender Email Id, Password, and Email Id of Hotel Management.
SMTP is used when email is delivered from an email client such as Outlook Express, to an email server or when email is delivered from one email server to another.
Also attach the reports then press the Apply it show Update and press Ok.
Then Test mail press it will show Email sent and Ok.
And also apply SMS formate…
SMS could be used for.
? SMS saves time because it goes directly to the intended recipient.
? Greetings - Send greeting SMS to your customers on Festivals, Birthdays, Anniversary etc by using Bulk SMS feature.
? Thanking the customer for their inviting the Restaurant.
