A debtor is an entity that owes a debt to another entity. The entity may be an individual, a firm, a government, a company or other legal person.

A debtor is a person or enterprise that owes (pay) money to another party.

Here shows the outstanding (unpaid) balance of the customer.

Select from date and to date between which dates you want to view the transaction.

And press Ok button to display the transaction.

Close is the button exit from the window.

Here show the customer outstanding balance.

And show the Ledger name (sundry debtors), Opening balance and Closing balance.
